About the meeting room:

When you join a MeetingPlace web conference, you enter the meeting room. From this room, you can access a wide variety of features to help you manage or participate in the meeting. The right-hand pane, the web collaboration screen, displays any applications that are being shared. The left-hand pane, the sidebar, displays a list of attendees with their audio permission status (Listener or Speaker), meeting room permission level, and a dynamic display of who's sharing and who's speaking.

Note: Options are available based on your meeting room permission level. Any unavailable options are disabled.
