In addition to being able to access attachments from the web or the Meeting Room, you can also call into MeetingPlace and request the system to send you attachments via fax or e-mail. This feature is useful when you are away from the office and need to have attachments sent to you at a local fax machine.

Note: Meetings and their associated attachments are purged from the system after a specified amount of time (determined by the MeetingPlace system manager). |
From the MeetingPlace Home Page, click the Find Meeting tab. The Find Meeting page displays.
Use the Meeting Filters to select when the meeting took place: past, today's, or future and enter the time period when the meeting took place. If you know the meeting ID, you may enter the meeting ID in the field provided and click the Search button.
The Find Meeting page displays a list of meetings. Click the meeting ID link. The Meeting Information page appears.
Click on the Attachments/Recordings icon. From this page, click the file you want to access.
From the Meeting Room, click the Attachments tab sidebar. Or from the View menu, click Attachments. Any attachments associated with this meeting will be listed under General Meeting Attachments.
Click on the listing for the attachment you want to access. The document or URL displays. When you are finished viewing the attachment, close the window to return to the Meeting Room.

Dial the MeetingPlace phone number.
Press 2 to access your profile.
Enter your profile number and profile password.
Press 4 for the MeetingNotes options.
Enter the month, day, and meeting ID of the meeting.
Press 6 to request meeting attachments.
Follow the prompts to request MeetingPlace to send you attachments via fax or e-mail.
