Meeting Recordings—Provides a list of all recordings attached to this meeting.
Meeting Attachments—Provides a list of all the documents attached to this meeting.
Meeting Comments—Provides a list of all the comments attached to this meeting.
Add File parameters:
File Name—Contains the directory the document is located in.
Attachment Type—Specify whether the document you are attaching is a general attachment, an URL, or a meeting comment. Meeting comments are audio files that can contain a meeting agenda or any recorded message you want to attach to the meeting.
Properties—Enter any details about the attachment, including the subject of the document (if applicable), the title of the document, and any comments about the attachment. By default, the author field is populated with the meeting scheduler's name.
Add Attachment—Adds the attachment, URL, or meeting comment to the meeting.
