To attend a meeting, you can either join from the MeetingPlace Web home page, attend from a Click to Attend link in your meeting notification, or call into MeetingPlace from your phone.

Enter the meeting ID of the meeting you want to join in the field provided, then click the Attend Meeting tab.
If you have signed in previously, MeetingPlace takes you directly into the meeting room to participate in the web conference. Click the telephone icon to have MeetingPlace call you so that you can participate in the voice conference.
If you have not signed in previously, the Attend Meeting Sign In page displays.

Enter your MeetingPlace user ID and password or guest name in the fields provided, and then click the Attend Meeting button.
If this is a password-protected meeting, you must enter a password. Otherwise, you will receive the following error message. Enter the password in the field provided and click Submit to attend the meeting.

If this is not a password-protected meeting, or you entered the appropriate password, MeetingPlace takes you directly into the meeting room to participate in the web conference. Click the telephone icon to have MeetingPlace call you so that you can participate in the voice conference.

Press 2 to access your profile.
Enter your profile number followed by #.
Enter your profile password followed by #.
Press 1 for the attend meeting option.
Enter the meeting ID followed by #.
Confirm the meeting ID. MeetingPlace connects you to the meeting.
