If you are the host of a web conference, you can share pre-loaded presentations, applications from your desktop, or collaborate in whiteboard mode using MeetingPlace WebShare or Microsoft NetMeeting. If you are an attendee and cannot view a document in the web conference, ask to make sure the host is sharing. If you are the only attendee who cannot view the shared content, exit out of your browser and rejoin the web conference. For tips on participating in web conferences, click here.
