To open an application for collaboration using NetMeeting 3.01:

1. Make sure you are currently sharing the document that you want to open for collaboration.

2. From the Sharing window, click Allow Control.

3. Inform the meeting attendees that they can take control of the application by double-clicking on the shared document.

4. To disable collaboration, press Esc on your keyboard. You can also double-click on the shared application to regain control and then, from the Sharing window, click Prevent Control.
