From the MeetingPlace Web home page, click the Find Meeting tab. The Find Meeting sign in page displays.
Enter your MeetingPlace user ID and password or guest name in the fields provided. To find a specific meeting, enter the meeting ID in the field provided, and then click the Find Meeting button.

Note: Guests must first register before they are able to search for meetings. Guest users may only browse through public meetings. |
From the Today's Meetings page, scroll down the list to locate your meeting. Each meeting is organized according to Site, Date/Time, Subject, and Meeting ID. Once you find your meeting, click the meeting ID to access the meeting details page.

To browse through past or future meetings, modify meeting search parameters and then click the Search button.
The Find Meetings search parameters are explained below.
Site to Search If you would like to limit searching to a particular site, indicate which site from the drop down menu. Search results will be limited to this site only.
Meeting ID Enter the ID of the meeting you are searching for. MeetingPlace will accept both numeric and vanity ID forms.
From—To MeetingPlace will search in its database of today's meetings. If the meeting you are searching for is a Past or Future meeting, select the appropriate radio button on the top of the Find Meetings page.
Meeting Category If you are searching for a category of meetings (e.g., all Sales meetings or Crisis meetings), click the arrow in this drop-down box and select the appropriate category. Meeting categories would have been previously configured by a System Manager.

Note: Meetings scheduled on shared external servers cannot be searched by Meeting Category. Use the Meeting ID field instead. |
Search Click this button to search MeetingPlace according to your search criteria.
