Listening to a Meeting Recording

If a meeting has been recorded, you can listen to that meeting over the phone or through your computer.

 

Note: Meetings and their associated recordings are purged from the system after a specified amount of time (determined by the MeetingPlace system manager).

 

Tip: While listening to a meeting recording, press 1 to rewind, 2 to pause, or 3 to fast forward.

To access a recording over the web:

  1. From the MeetingPlace Home Page, click the Find Meeting tab. The Find Meeting page appears.

  2. Select when the meeting took place (past or today).

  3. Enter the meeting ID in the field provided, and then click the Search button. The meeting table displays a listing for your meeting.

  4. From the meeting table, click the meeting ID link. The meeting information page appears.

  5. Click the Attachments/Recordings icon and go to the Meeting Recordings sections, and click on the file you want to hear. MeetingPlace can post recordings in WAV, RealAudio, and MP3 formats so you can listen to them over the phone or through your Web browser.

To listen to a recording over the phone:

  1. Dial the MeetingPlace phone number.

  2. Press 2, and then enter your profile number and profile password.

  3. Press 4 to access MeetingNotes.

  4. Enter the month, day, and meeting ID of the meeting you want to listen to.

  5. Press 1 to listen to the recording.
