Making a Copy of a Meeting

If a meeting already exists that has similar properties as a meeting you want to schedule, use the Copy Meeting button to schedule an identical meeting for another date and time. End users can only make a copy of a meeting that they have scheduled.

Note: Any attachments associated with the meeting you are copying will not be associated with the new meeting.

To make a copy of a meeting:

  1. From the MeetingPlace Web home page, click the Find Meeting tab.

  2. Locate the meeting you want to copy, and then click on its meeting ID link. The meeting information page appears.

  3. Click the Copy Meeting button located in the upper-right corner of the page. The meeting copied confirmation page appears.

  4. Specify the date and time of the new meeting.

  5. Attach any documents you want associated with the meeting, and check the list of invitees to make sure no changes need to be made.

  6. When finished, click the Schedule button.
