The mute feature enables you to mute your phone line so that background noise or phone static is not heard by other meeting attendees.

Note: To reduce the amount of noise within a meeting, all attendees should mute their line when not speaking. To identify where background noise may be coming from, refer to the Now Speaking section of the sidebar to see who, besides the speaker, is displayed. Then either ask that person to mute themselves or, if you are a profile user, mute them yourself. |
To mute or unmute your line, press #5.
From the Personal
menu, select Muted or click the
mute icon
.
To unmute your line, from the Personal
menu, select Unmuted or click
the unmute icon
. The Participants
tab displays your updated audio status.
