Because many meetings happen on an ongoing basis, MeetingPlace enables you to schedule a variety of recurring meetings.
From the MeetingPlace Web home page, sign in as a profile user.
When the Welcome user name page appears, click the Schedule Meeting tab.
From the New Meeting page, fill in the meeting details, such as the meeting ID (if you wish to define your own), date, time, and length of the meeting.
Click the Recurrence button and set the Frequency parameter to the appropriate recurrence pattern:

This meeting occurs every two weeks, at the same time and day of the week. |

This meeting occurs once per month on a particular date (i.e., the 1st, the 15th, the 30th). |

Monthly by Day of Week |
This meeting occurs per month on a particular day of the week (i.e., the first Monday of the month). |
|
Weekdays |
This meeting only occurs on weekdays. |
|
Continuous |
This meeting is always available. It has no end time or date. |
For # of Occurrences, enter the number of times you want this meeting to be held given the recurring meeting pattern. For e.g., a Weekly meeting set to occur 5 times results in a meeting that occurs once per week for five weeks.
To have MeetingPlace alert you of any scheduling conflicts, select Report conflicts before committing, then click Done to return to the New Meeting page.

Complete the meeting information section and invite attendees. When finished, click Schedule to schedule the meeting.
