To share an application using NetMeeting 3.01:
1. Open the application you want to share.
2. From the meeting room Share menu, select App using NetMeeting. NetMeeting launches on your computer.
3. Click Share. The Sharing window appears.

Note: If you are using a Netscape browser and the bottom of the MeetingPlace page contains information about downloading a utility, download this file, run it on your system, and then restart your browser before hosting the web conference. |
4. From the Sharing window, select the application you want to display and click the Share button.
5. Maximize the shared application. Other attendees are now able to view your application.
6. To stop sharing, from the Sharing window, click Unshare.
After a document has been shared, you can open the document for collaboration so other meeting attendees can make changes.
