Microsoft PowerPoint files (.ppt) are uploaded and converted to .html format for ease of sharing. A slide show may be uploaded before or during a meeting.
From the Share menu, select Slide Show.

Click the Add Slide Show button at the top of the page. The Attach Slide Show window opens on top of the Meeting Room window.

Click the Browse button to locate a .ppt file to upload and then click the Add Attachment button. Please allow some time to convert the file for presentation.
Once converted, the file appears in the pull-down menu. Select the slide show to be shared from this list.

Once selected, the slide show is shared with other meeting participants. Use the arrow buttons and pull-down menu to scroll through the slide show.

From the View menu, select Slide Show.
If a slide show is being shared in the meeting, the slide show displays.
Click the Request Control button to take control of a slide show currently being shared or select Slide Show from the Share menu.
The host of the meeting will be prompted to confirm whether to transfer control of the slide show. You will be notified whether control has been transferred to you.

Use the pull-down menu to select a slide show from the list of uploaded slide shows.
Once you have selected a slide show, use the left and right arrow buttons or pull-down menu to scroll through the slide show.
