Description

Start Recording: Invokes meeting recording, if recording space is available.

Stop Recording: Stops meeting recording.

Mute/Unmute: Toggles mute status. A line through the mute button displays your muted status.

Call Me: Outdials to participant using their MeetingPlace profile information. Otherwise, a outdial box displays.

Meeting Locked/Unlocked: Toggles the locked/unlocked status for the voice portion of the meeting.

Move to Main: Moves participants from breakout room to main meeting room.

Move to Breakout 1: Moves participant from main meeting room to breakout room.

Application Share: Begins an application sharing session.

Slide Show: Begins a slide show sharing session.

Poll: Opens a window to create a poll, survey, or brainstorming session. If a poll for this meeting exists, the poll question(s) are displayed.

Chat: An orange chat icon indicates that another meeting participant has initiated a chat session.
