Accessing attachments over the Web:

1. From the MeetingPlace Web home page, click the Find Meeting tab. The Find Meeting page displays.

2. Use the Meeting Filters to specify when the meeting took place and the meeting ID if you know it. Click Search.

3. The Find Meeting page displays a list of meetings. Locate the meeting you are searching for and click the meeting ID link. The Meeting Information page appears.

4. Click the Attachments/Recordings icon. From this page, click the attachment file you want to access or click the magnifying glass icon next to it to preview. Click OK to return to the Meeting Information page.
