You are assigned an annotation color when you enter the web conference. Use annotation to emphasize key points during a presentation, application share, or whiteboard session.
In application sharing mode, annotations are only enabled if an application is being shared. Annotations hover over the application and do not modify the source file. On the other hand, annotations created in presentation mode do modify the source file.

Show Annotations Hide Annotations |
Treats the annotation as an overlay with the presentation or whiteboard underneath and either exposes or hides the annotations. |

Draw Line |
Creates a line. This is the default tool when beginning annotation. |

Draw Highlight |
Creates a thick, translucent line, which can be used to highlight areas on the whiteboard. |

Draw Text |
Provides a text box for typing in text. |
|

Draw Rectangle |
Creates a square or rectangle. |
|
|
Draw Ellipse |
Creates a circle or oval. |
|
|
Pointer |
Creates a pointer icon that displays at the location of a mouse click. Subsequent mouse clicks will remove the current points and place a new one at the latest click location. |

Palette |
Enables the user to select a different color. |
|
|
Delete Last Annotation |
Reverses the previous action. |
|
|
Clear Annotation |
Deletes all annotations on the page. |
