Annotation

You are assigned an annotation color when you enter the web conference. Use annotation to emphasize key points during a presentation, application share, or whiteboard session.

In application sharing mode, annotations are only enabled if an application is being shared. Annotations hover over the application and do not modify the source file. On the other hand, annotations created in presentation mode do modify the source file.

Notes:

  • In lecture-style meetings, only those with Presenter permissions have the ability to annotate on documents

  • In open forum meetings, users with Presenter or Participant permissions have the ability to annotate on documents

  • Users with Audience permissions do not have the ability to annotate
