By hosting a web conference, you are responsible for sharing documents and applications with other attendees. Before you share a document or application, refer to the application sharing tips.

Notes:

Any meeting attendee who takes control of a shared application or document is able to make changes and then save the document on your system. For this reason, create a backup copy of the original file and store it in a separate directory before you begin collaborating.
If you switch from one web collaboration mode to another, all meeting attendees will switch modes with you. MeetingPlace Web displays a warning message each time you attempt to switch modes.
If you are using Netscape Navigator 4.79, you will not see the warning message.
