Attend a reservationless meeting:

  1. From the MeetingPlace Web home page, click the Attend Meeting tab with or without a meeting ID. The Sign In page displays.

  2. Sign in as either a profiled user or a guest. If the meeting ID matches someone’s profile number, you are placed into a waiting room until the meeting organizer arrives to initiate the meeting.

Note: If the meeting ID matches an already scheduled meeting that is currently running, you will be placed into that meeting.
