To attend a meeting as a guest:

  1. From the MeetingPlace Web home page, enter the meeting ID of the meeting you want to attend in the field provided and then click the Attend Meeting tab.

  2. When prompted, enter your guest name in the field provided, and click the Attend Meeting button.

  3. Click the Join Web Conference button to launch the meeting room.

  4. From the Personal menu, select Call Me to join the voice conference. When MeetingPlace calls you, follow the prompts to join the meeting.

Notes:

  • If MeetingPlace is not configured to outdial to your phone, it displays the phone number you need to dial to join the meeting in the upper right corner of the meeting room.

  • If you do not know the ID of the meeting, click the Find Meeting tab. Enter your guest name in the field provided and click the Find Meeting button. A list of public meetings displays. In order for guests to view public meetings, the meeting preference setting for Display Meeting to Everyone? must be set to Yes.
