To help you identify your connection status and connection speed, two icons are displayed in the lower right corner of the viewer. These icons are explained in the tables below.

Identifies that you have successfully connected to the web conference, but an application is not currently being shared. The Welcome to MeetingPlace page appears until somebody shares an application. A check mark between the computer icons identifies that you have established a direct connection to the web conference. A gray tube between the computer icons identifies that you have established a connection to the web conference through a firewall. |

Identifies that you have successfully connected to the web conference, and an application is currently being shared. Identifies that your meeting has ended or you have been disconnected from the web conference. If you have been disconnected unexpectedly, rejoin the web conference. |
