MeetingPlace Web comes bundled with a utility called the Browser Test. This utility performs a series of checks that verifies whether you will be able to join a web conference using Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
If this is your first time using MeetingPlace Web, it is highly recommended that you run a test to ensure that you can participate in a web conference. The Browser Test link is automatically enabled once MeetingPlace Web is installed.
Open your web browser and enter the MeetingPlace Web URL in the address field. Press the Enter key.
From the MeetingPlace Web home page, click the Browser Test link located near the bottom of the page.

From the MeetingPlace Browser Test page, click Start. Please wait while the tests are run.
When the test completes, click Done from the Test Completed page.
