From the meeting room Share menu, select App using NetMeeting.

Note: If you are using a Netscape browser and the bottom of the page contains information about downloading a utility, download this file, run it on your system, and then re-open your Web browser if you want to use NetMeeting. |
From NetMeeting, click Share Program.
From the Sharing window, select the application you want to display, and click Share.
Maximize the shared application. Other attendees are now able to view your application.
To stop sharing, from the Sharing window, click Unshare.
