Whiteboard

Whiteboard is another mode available in the meeting room's web collaboration window. A plain white page, it is invaluable for spontaneous brainstorming sessions between attendees. To access whiteboard mode, click the whiteboard icon . Then, select any annotation tool to begin working on the whiteboard.

  • If you switch from one web collaboration mode to another, all meeting attendees will switch modes with you. MeetingPlace Web displays a warning message each time you attempt to switch modes.

  • If you are using Netscape Navigator 4.79, you will not see the warning message.
